Zephyr Express is committed to providing our customers the highest level of service in the winedelivery & transportation industry. In order to remain competitive in the market, it is necessary for us to increase certain rates.

Below is a summary of changes effective Friday, January 1, 2010.

City Zone Changes

Please note the cities associated with the following areas are changed to Zone H regardless of number of cases delivered: Chico, Mammoth, Yosemite, Mendocino, Foothills and Visalia.

Please note the rate increase in Zone 4 is $13.00/case for storage customers regardless ofnumber of cases delivered and $16.00/case for redistribution customers regardless of number of case delivered after one case.

Zephyr North Storage Rate and Other Charge Rate Adjustments

During the month of November an analysis was complete on our cost to store customer product. The result is a change in the case breaks and increase in rate by SKU. Please be sure to review these new rates closely. In addition, please note the changes in Will Call per case charge and Same Day/Rush handling charges. All changes are noted in bold.

Terms and Condition of Service

All updates are in italics which include parameters around inbounding of product and payment expectations. Please note the change in expectations for payment—any customer over 30 days past due will be subject to a stoppage of service until payment is received—no exceptions.
